HISCO ("we," "us") operates hisco.us.com. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Billing and payments happen in our customer portal, which is operated by Rent Manager and covered by its own privacy policy.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site (contact, report a problem, or portal registration), we collect what you enter: typically your name, phone number, email address, service address, account number if you provide it, and your message. We use it to respond to you, set up or update your account, and investigate the problem you report.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the time of your visit. We use this only to keep the site running securely and to understand general usage. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.
Who processes your information
- Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions on our behalf. Submissions are stored in our Netlify account and emailed to our office.
- Namecheap provides our email service.
- Rent Manager operates the customer portal where you view and pay bills. Information you enter there is governed by Rent Manager's privacy policy.
- Google hosts the small data file that powers the service-status bar. No personal information is sent to Google by this site.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our record-keeping obligations as a regulated utility, then delete them.
Your choices
You can contact us by phone instead of using the forms. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request a correction or deletion where the law allows, email info@hisco.us.com or call (888) 282-4463.
Children
This site is intended for adults managing a utility account. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
