They are separate from the terms of sewer service, which are set out in HISCO's tariff approved by the North Carolina Utilities Commission, and separate from the customer portal's terms, which are set by Rent Manager.

What this site is for

This site provides general information about HISCO, lets you contact us, report a problem, register for the customer portal, and links you to the portal to pay your bill. Information on this site is provided for convenience and may change; your bill and the approved tariff control if there is any difference.

Emergencies

The forms on this site are not monitored outside office hours. For a sewage backup, overflow, or other urgent problem, call (888) 282-4463 during business hours. For a life-threatening emergency, call 911.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, use the forms to send spam or abusive content, or attempt to interfere with the site or the systems behind it.

Links to other sites

The customer portal and other linked sites are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Intellectual property

The text, graphics, and layout of this site belong to HISCO unless otherwise noted. You may print or save pages for personal, non-commercial use.
